| Details: | We will have supper and games at 5:00 pm and the trick or treating will begin at 6:30 pm. There are sign up sheets in the Fellowship Room for bringing: extra candy, chili/soups, and desserts. There are also sign up sheets for setting up tables, decorating cars, giving out candy, heading up games and for the clean up crew. There are lots of areas to help with, so there is something for everyone. If you have any questions please see Jarred Cummings. We need the help of each individual to make this year’s Trunk or Treat a success! Last year, we welcomed an estimated crowd of 1,000 people and hope to do that again, if not more! There are sign-up sheets in the Fellowship Room for all areas of work. We will need soup/chili donations, candy donations, desserts, those willing to decorate a trunk, and help with games and clean-up. Thank you in advance for your help with this outreach! |
